Return & Refund Policy

All gift cards are final sale, and non-refundable.

All damaged items must be sent back with a copy of the receipt, and a photo must be emailed to [email protected] to verify the problem.

If a polish has expired (colors do not mix, or apply evenly), the polish may be returned.

If the brush inside of the polish has broken, the polish may be returned.
If there is any sort of damage to the original bottle or packaging (cracked or broken in some way), the polish may be returned.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, once a bottle has been opened, and doesn’t match any of the above criteria, we cannot accept the return.
